Registering with us for the first time. Here's what to expect — and everything you'll need before you start.
Before You Start
Registration takes about 10–15 minutes. You'll be handed off to our secure Revolutionise SPORT registration portal to complete your details, sign the medical and consent forms, and pay for the season.
To speed things up, have this information ready before you begin:
Player Details
- Full name and preferred name
- Date of birth (for age group)
- Gender
- School (juniors)
Parent / Guardian Details
- Contact details (phone, email)
- Home address
- Emergency contact (name & number)
Medical Info
- Any relevant medical conditions
- Medications or allergies
- Medicare / private cover details
Payment
- Credit or debit card
- Fees vary by age group and program
- Payment plan options may be available
